Deposit process is as follows:
1. Make a deposit payment using the available payment methods for open litters in the UPCOMING LITTER section.
2. Review the sample deposit agreement in our document section. Once you have placed your deposit, complete and submit the Deposit Agreement electronically at the following link (ONLY UTILIZE THIS LINK IF YOU HAVE PLACED A DEPOSIT): (https://www.docusign.net/Member/PowerFormSigning.aspx?PowerFormId=4b6db583-77ee-46ae-829f-b2d4daba58ef&env=na1&acct=c24c0312-6623-4be5-85e8-13f0a08008ca&v=2
Submit electronically within 48 hours of payment. Once both the payment and the deposit agreement are received you will be placed on the litter pick list in the next available spot. If using check/money order, you will not be placed on any pick list until the check has cleared.
3. Puppy gender based on availability. We take deposits for 3 males and 3 females per litter. Once we receive litter count via x-rays (approximately 53 days of gestation) we will open additional spots as appropriate. For remaining spots gender preference WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED - we guarantee a puppy and gender availability is based on pick order only.
4. Deposit signifies intent on the behalf of the purchaser to follow through with the purchase transaction of the puppy. If the puppy should become unavailable (disease, death, disorder, not enough puppies, false pregnancy) the deposit will be applied to the next available litter or buyer may request a refund of deposit.
